Terms of Service

Last updated:

These terms govern your use of the CampusHire student placement portal. By using CampusHire, you agree to these terms and the placement rules communicated by your institution for its opportunities.

Your account

Provide accurate account, academic, and application information, and keep it current. Use only your own account, protect your sign-in credentials, and notify your placement office or administrator if you suspect unauthorized access. Access to staff functions requires an assigned role.

Acceptable use

Use CampusHire for legitimate career and placement activities. Do not impersonate another person, submit false credentials, upload malicious or unlawful content, access another user's information without permission, bypass access controls, or disrupt the portal. Only upload material you have permission to provide.

Applications and opportunity information

You are responsible for checking eligibility, deadlines, application requirements, and the accuracy of your submissions. Institutions and employers make eligibility and selection decisions. Listings, statuses, and external opportunities may change or contain errors; verify important details with the relevant placement team or employer. CampusHire does not guarantee an interview, offer, placement, or the availability of any opportunity.

Resumes and AI features

You retain ownership of content you upload and permit CampusHire to store and process it to provide profile, application, and matching features. AI scores and explanations are guidance and may be inaccurate; they do not determine hiring eligibility or replace your own review. When you connect an AI provider, you are responsible for your provider account, API key, usage charges, and compliance with that provider's terms.

Third-party services

Google sign-in, external job boards, employers, file hosting, and AI providers are separate services. Their terms and privacy practices apply when you use them. Review external destinations before submitting personal information or making payments.

Availability and account access

CampusHire may be updated, interrupted, or unavailable during maintenance or service failures. Keep your own copies of important resumes and application details. Administrators may restrict access for misuse or under institutional placement rules. To stop using the portal or request account deletion, contact your institution's placement office or the administrator who provided your access.

Privacy, questions, and updates

Our Privacy Policy explains how the portal handles information. Contact your institution's placement office or CampusHire administrator with service questions. Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised date. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
